To add a new person to the service, you must be their supervisor/team lider
Everyone ACH/TSVV member who would like to get an account in Jira/Confluence must ask their supervisor/team lider who has access to create a ticket in accordance with the instructions below.
1. How to request for new account - Principal Investigators
If you are a Principal Investigator of TSVV/ACH the only way of getting new account is to send e-mail to following address:
Request Account - PI
Send e-mail with title: New SSO account for PI
to the address stated below
TO: ach-psnc@lists.man.poznan.pl CC: dfigat@man.poznan.pl
We will confirm (basing on https://wiki.euro-fusion.org/wiki/Category:TSVV_projects) whether you qualify for the account creation.
Once your account is create, you will be able to request for the accounts of your team members via dedicated JIRA tracker: Jira Support
2. How to request for new account for ACH/TSVV member
- Log in to ACH Jira
- Go to: Jira Support
- Press Create button In the top menu bar
- Fill out the application in accordance with the instructions below (this will improve the handling of the request):
- Project: it should be "JIRA-SUPPORT (JIRASUPP)"
- Summary: "New user request" or other similar (it is important that it contains information about creating an account for a new person)
- Description: Enter the details of the new user:
- first name
- last name
- email address
- (optional) access and rights to Jira projects/Confluence spaces
- Priority: relevant to the importance of the application
- Press Create button to confirm application
- ACH will deal with the request as soon as possible and notify you via the tracker
Remember that you must provide the new person their credentials to Jira/Confluence (they will be provided in the tracker)

3. If you are not a member of TSVV/ACH
Please make sure to reach out to people listed below and request account creation. Once your identity is verified, your account will be created.
