To add a new person to the service, you must be their supervisor.
Everyone who would like to get an account in Jira/Confluence must ask their supervisor who has access to create a ticket in accordance with the instructions below

Log in to ACH Jira
Go to: Jira Support
Press Create button In the top menu bar
Fill out the application in accordance with the instructions below (this will improve the handling of the request):
- Project: it should be "JIRA-SUPPORT (JIRASUPP)"
- Summary: "New user request" or other similar (it is important that it contains information about creating an account for a new person)
- Description: Enter the details of the new user: first name, last name, email address and optional access and rights to Jira projects/Confluence spaces
- Priority: relevant to the importance of the application
Press Create button to confirm application
ACH will deal with the request as soon as possible and notify you via the tracker

Remember that you must provide the new person their credentials to Jira/Confluence (they will be provided in the tracker)
