1. Log in to ACH Jira
2. Go to: Jira Support
3. Press Create button In the top menu bar
4. Fill out the application in accordance with the instructions below (this will improve the handling of the request):
   
   • Project: it should be "JIRA-SUPPORT (JIRASUPP)"
   • Summary: "New Confluence space" or other similar
   • Description: Enter the details of the new space:
     • space name
     • space key (it is unique name used in space URL: e.g. https://confluence.eufus.psnc.pl/display/PSNCACH04)  
   • Priority: relevant to the importance of the application
5. Press Create button to confirm application
6. ACH will deal with the request as soon as possible and notify you via the tracker
