1. Log in to ACH Jira
  2. Go to: Jira Support
  3. Press Create button In the top menu bar
  4. Fill out the application in accordance with the instructions below (this will improve the handling of the request):
    • Project: it should be "JIRA-SUPPORT (JIRASUPP)"
    • Summary: "New Jira project" or other similar
    • Description: Enter the details of the new project:
      • project name
      • project key (it is unique name used in space URL: e.g. https://jira.eufus.psnc.pl/projects/JIRASUPP/)
      • project leader (person responsible for management)
      • brief description for what it will be used for 
    • Priority: relevant to the importance of the application
  5. Press Create button to confirm
  6. ACH will deal with the request as soon as possible and notify you via the tracker
