- Log in to ACH Jira
- Go to: Jira Support
- Press Create button In the top menu bar
- Fill out the application in accordance with the instructions below (this will improve the handling of the request):
- Project:it should be "JIRA-SUPPORT (JIRASUPP)"
- Summary: "New Confluence space" or other similar
- Description: Enter the details of the new space:
- space name
- space key (it is unique name used in space URL: e.g. https://confluence.eufus.psnc.pl/display/PSNCACH04)
- Priority: relevant to the importance of the application
- Press Create button to confirm application
- ACH will deal with the request as soon as possible and notify you via the tracker
