- Log in to ACH Jira
- Go to: Jira Support
- Press Create button In the top menu bar
- Fill out the application in accordance with the instructions below (this will improve the handling of the request):
- Project: it should be "JIRA-SUPPORT (JIRASUPP)"
- Summary: "New Jira project" or other similar
- Description: Enter the details of the new project:
- project name
- project key (it is unique name used in space URL)
- prolect leader (person responsible for management)
- brief description for what it will be used for
- Priority: relevant to the importance of the application
- Press Create button to confirm
- ACH will deal with the request as soon as possible and notify you via the tracker
