To add a new person to the service, you must be their supervisor. |

Everyone who would like to get an account in Jira/Confluence must ask their supervisor who has access to create a ticket in accordance with the instructions below. |
- Log in to ACH Jira
- Go to: Jira Support
- Press Create button In the top menu bar
- Fill out the application in accordance with the instructions below (this will improve the handling of the request):
- Project:it should be "JIRA-SUPPORT (JIRASUPP)"
- Summary: "New user request" or other similar (it is important that it contains information about creating an account for a new person)
- Description: Enter the details of the new user: first name, last name, email address and optional access and rights to Jira projects/Confluence spaces
- Priority: relevant to the importance of the application
- Press Create button to confirm application
- ACH will deal with the request as soon as possible and notify you via the tracker
